OPTION 1: CAMPUS DORM ROOMS

University dorm rooms will be available for guests during the conference dates at $30/person. The dorms are located in a recently established College Park district located between UT Arlington campus and Arlington downtown. College Park district is a great place for dining, shopping and entertainment for Arlington visitors. 

Most dorm rooms are available as double occupancy. Single occupancy in and a double room can be arranged at a rate of $60/night.

Dorm rooms availability is limited. Rooms will be filled on first-come-first served basis. Specific roommates can be arranged through the conference host upon booking. Full payment for dorm rooms are required at the time of the registration.

The University of Texas at Arlington is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is prohibited in campus dorm rooms.
