July 29 - August 2 - Albuquerque, NM
Hosted by The New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science
The New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science Planetarium would like to invite all of the planetariums of the Western Alliance to meet in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Conference dates will be July 29 – August 2, 2015, but we are also offering many pre and mid-conference activities you won’t want to miss!
Registration is now open.
The 55 ft. dome planetarium seats 150 people and features a newly-installed 4K digital projection system from Sky-Skan. The adjacent observatory and deck will be used for evening activities. The museum has a renovated education wing that can host most of the paper sessions, workshops, and vendor displays. Two floors of exhibits highlight the incredibly rich natural history of New Mexico.

Welcome to the new website of the Western Alliance Conference
A new website!
We have been working hard to create a new, modern website with tons of extra, easy to find, information. We have new ways to make affiliate payments, register for the WAC conference, etc. Plus some great brand new information that was not available before.
The Western Alliance Conference is the planetarium conference west of the Mississipi. We cover more than 20 states, and we feel we need a website that matches that statistic. And we're not done yet! Over the coming weeks and months, we will be adding content, and flesh out incomplete pages.
